Misdiagnosed and gave us a wrong medication
She gave me a wrong medication! I have been suffering from hemorrhoids but instead she prescribed me another medicine that is not connected with my hemorrhoids.

Misdiagnosed and IGNORED serious heart issues
Ms. Holloway ignored my heart health issues she failed to alert me to major heart arrhythmia issues, and diagnosis, told me that “we could just prescribe pills for that“ and completely failed to care for my health for nine months, which has ended in my fighting for an accurate diagnosis as my heart health, which, as it turns out is pretty serious. I know this because I had to Google everything and she said “everything is essentially normal“. This is not the case, and it appears as if she is completely unwilling to do her job when she should be referring me immediately to a cardiologist. Do not see this woman do not go near her if you have Kaiser, where she works, run the other direction.

Horrible experience
She didn’t listen to my son who is a refugee and English is his 2nd language. She made fun of one of his answers and wasn’t helpful at all in trying to help him explain what was wrong. She was sarcastic and not at all friendly.

Doesn’t explain, listen, follow-up or in anyway provide care. I absolutely regret choosing her as a provider. Her lack of knowledge and communication is appalling.
