I enjoy my visits with Dr. Keyes. She does a thorough exam and explains the results. I have always been pleased with the glasses that she has helped me select.

Poor customer service.
The staff at her facility is terrible. Will not answer the phone, nor will they return phone calls. Got the wrong glasses and the prescription seems off, they want $190.00 for a re-stock fee?? Check elsewhere for eye wear in Fairbanks.
