3/17: I have seen Barbara for over 22 years & always paid her cash in advance. I paid for 60 sessions in 2016, a few months later she announced she was going to retire 7/17, recently changed to 4/12/17. I have over $1,000 credit with Barbara and she has refused to refund my money. I am astounded. She has always been fair, however this is unprecedented! 1/17 Posted: Often we don't take the time to thank people who are simply doing their jobs.  Sorry not enough room to say good things.
