If I could have given 0 stars I would have.I specifically asked to make sure Barbara Palmer APRN would be able to fill out the FMLA papers before I even made the appointment. I’ve had issues over the years with Dr’s giving various excuses for not filling out FMLA paperwork for job protection and was told no problem we can do it. So if my children, wife or I are sick and I have to take off 3 consecutive work days or more because of it and I am out of sick time for the year when that occurs I need this government Family Medical Leave Act paperwork filled out for my job protection. I had caught the stomach flu from my children and needed this paperwork. I was told no problem we can fill it out. When I arrived I went over it all again with Barbara Palmer APRN and was again reassured no problem. I called about a week later and asked if it was ready and again was told no problem come in on Monday to get it. I was out of town so didn’t arrive until Wednesday and was told sorry Barbara Palmer
