Dr Barbara Stephany , Very professional , intelligent caring and well polished MH Doctor . Dr. Stephany was instrumental in empowering me , Having me recognize it’s ok to take time for myself as a mom/gma . After 33 yrs of living for my children she taught me its ok to do things for myself , without feeling guilty that not every penny and minute in my life was no longer controlled On what my loved ones need/want and . Still being available for others At the same time. Boundaries boundaries boundaries ! Thank You Dr Stephany for being a caring provider. You will be missed

I was with Barb for about a year. We could not get to the underlying problem. I would try to start talking about it and get shutdown. I left and started with someone new who went back to my childhood. Barb did not do this it was always current day and didn’t look to they actual cause. Good listener!
