Wise and compassionate
I had counseling sessions with Barrett for over a year.Difficult to express just how good he is at is profession, and really changed how I felt about mental health professionals (had some questionable experiences).He's thoughtful, wise, and very experienced in his field of work. I don't know where I'd be after this difficult couple of years without his guidance.He closed his private practice, and unfortunately my insurance wouldn't work with his new position, feels like I lost a friend, and mentor.If you get an opportunity to work with this legendary gentleman, I highly recommend him.
