Bela Selzer, NP

I have had two appointments with her. The first one was a disaster. She walked in with no knowledge of my daughter's health issues. She started talking about a genetic issue that my daughter didn't even had. When I corrected her, she continued to talk about the wrong issue as if she wasn't even listening to me. That was not why were even at the appointment. She didn't address the actual reason why we were there until I brought it up. I feel like she took no time to read through anything before the appointment. To me, that is very unprofessional. I requested not to see her at the last appointment, but she did come in for part of the appointment anyways. She doesn't present herself as if she is qualified for the position she is in.

she really doesn't act like she knows anything, is poor at listening and doesn't call back.
