This was first meeting with new provider. She was very efficient and capable. All business no 'chit chat'. Quite a difference from my prior provider who retired. A little more personal discussion I think would be helpful in feeling as though I was important to the provider and not just a 'clog' in the wheel of work. Perhaps she was trying to get back on schedule. She did listen and took immediate action regarding the problem I presented to her. I like her and look forward to future appointments.
