Belinda was very caring and went to great length to explain everything to me, unlike the first NP I saw at Dimitri. She did her best to set up an appt. for me with Dr. Dimitri to review my biopsies but after 5 scheduled telecommunication visits (due to virus) and a lengthy email to her, I have yet to hear from Dr. Dimitri to discuss my results.

The office staff forgot me, after 41 minutes I had to ask if I had been forgotten.... and I had. No apologies no trying the make the situation right! Doc always wanted return visits. Way too many. Not a happy patient! I won’t be back.

Mrs. Janeski is a great provider. She took the time to explain the procedure she was doing. She was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. Mrs. Belinda has an excellent bedside manner and lovely personality! Highly recommend.
