Instead of saying in a nice way honest and upfront that they could not or do not want to fix a different brand of hearing aid, he was passive aggressive in showing it by leaving the door open disregarding privacy and respect. He looked away while he talked and cutting me short. Lastly, even after all his rudeness, I thanked him. He walked out to his office saying nothing of good manners. I felt awkward at his behavior. Normally, someone would walk you out and greet you out. There was no one upfront either. I would not recommend going to him to work with any other brand of hearing aids other than what he sells despite saying they want to help make you happy.

Instead of relaying in a nice, honest and upfront way about the inability of or not wanting to help with another brand of hearing aid, this guy was passive aggressive in communicating I was wasting his time. He left his office door open disregarding privacy and looked away disrespectfully cutting me short when I spoke. After thanking him despite his rudeness, he just left to his office leaving me standing there to leave the office with no one up at front desk. I would not recommend going there if you do not have their brand of hearing aid despite them trying to say they want to help make you happy or that they can work with other hearing aid brands.
