Stopped my Pain and Helped me Increase my Activity
Ben took a more holistic approach when dealing with my issues. He demonstrated a superior knowledge of motion and stress. My back is better after a car accident and my feet are better after just two simple exercises and neutral shoes he recommended. No more clunky orthotic shoes and I'm averaging over 12,000 steps per day. Ben did not needlessly have me coming back for more sessions but pinpointed my problems and showed me what to do. There was only minimal follow up to aid in my success.
