Excellent
A great experience, I will be going back. Very nice staff and the doctor has excellent communication skills. I am 73 and I learned more in my first visit than ever, in my life. I had glasses I could not wear, after a little research he told me exactly why. They are a EYE NEX in network provider so with my Medicare Advantage plan, I received and excellent exam and new glasses for no out of pocket cost.

One of the best
I've used Dr. Poole for 5 plus years. With 60 years of vision correction, I think he is top two among the many vision Doctors I have used in two first world countries. He gets my quirky issues like astigmatism correction causing headaches and preferring contacts to be the same correction, and having computer contacts as main correction and driving glasses for 20/20. Doubt there is anything is the field he isn't expert level for and he is a pleasure to visit. Staff is also pleasant.

Dr. Poole saw me almost immediately upon arrival. He gave me a thorough and professional exam and kept me informed of the different tests and what they were for. I picked my frames and ordered my glasses and was on my home in less than 50 minutes. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Poole.

Dr. Poole and his staff have always been amazing with my whole family. Dr. Poole is knowledgeable, and listens to his patients. It's always a pleasure to visit the office. I highly recommend this practice!
