Never have been a reg doctors visit guy until Ben. Truly inspired in me a personal investment in my own healthcare and celebrates with me every victory as such with genuine enthusiasm. Couldn’t imagine what more anyone could want or need.

I have seen Ben for a couple of years now. He has always taken his time with me and showed me great respect. I have had several instances where I was with my wife or daughter and he could tell that I was sick as well and went ahead and checked me out instead of making me wait for an appointment and once he even called in a prescription from Kroger's when we ran into each other shopping and found out that I was really sick and couldn't get in for another week. What Dr does these things that isn't a great Dr?

I have gone to Ben for several years and drove from different areas in Indiana to maintain my visits with him. He has always taken the time to listen and recommend appropriate and accurate diagnoses and treatment options. I feel like I’m visiting a friend who happens to be my treatment provider when I go to my appointments with him. He has gotten to be very busy because he is a great treatment provider, and yet, he has never made me feel rushed, even though I often present with multiple issues. He is very mindful of his patients’ time, as well. When I needed help with something I didn’t have ready by the close of one appointment, he even offered to come back to me after seeing his next patient. Who else would offer to do that?! I cannot recommend him and the entire staff any higher!!!

Very disappointed got told that my sympto. S had to be Psychological and essentially that I am faking my ailment. He rushed the appointment and then as soon as the room door was opened his kid was standing there playing with stuff and you could tell he was just rushing me out the door to get to them.

Ben has always been very friendly! I am able to come to him with my health issues and he has been very supportive/compassionate. Sometimes the appointments have been quick - but personally I am fine with that because I am also a very busy person…So I don’t view that as a bad thing.

Ben is Awesome!! Best provider I have ever seen. My whole family sees him and we couldn't be happier with our care.

I was transferred to Ben from Kelly Buress whom I went to for about four years, with one appointment I have never felt so belittled and unimportant as I have with Ben.

He was very dismissive and condescending towards my health concerns
