More concerned with talking about her life and stories then discussing symptoms and health issues that obviously prompted visit. Completely dismissive about major concerns and incapable of properly explaining lab results. Defensive and blamed patient when confronted about slow response time and lack or concern for urgent health issue. Completely unprofessional in approach to finding diagnoses and treatment as well as correspondence.
