When I found Beth I was already a veteran of therapy, having experienced/witnessed the death of my father in my youth. Twice I saw someone for more than a year, persisting more from a fear of my rabbit hole than out of a sense of progress or any breakthroughs... I met roughly twice a month with Beth for over five years--in retrospect, the best years of my life. I am confident that our work together allowed me to achieve the success I experienced both at home and in my career. Forever grateful.

Beth is the most amazing therapist. She helped me through the trauma of an abusive relationship and guided me through the death of my mother at a young age. Beth is compassionate, she cries with you. She always offers another angle or point of view, or someone else's story for you to think about. She was ALWAYS ON TIME, if not early to appointments. She gives very relevant book recommendations and some I still use today. You won't be disappointed if you choose Beth Burcham!!

Beth is hands down the best therapist I've ever been to. She is at once, empathetic and driving; causing one to feel comfortable with her support, but also uncomfortable with what is at issue, thus creating the impetus for change. Conventionality is not in her vocabulary, each issue is addressed differently. Do not expect to sit comfortably and meander on about your issues well she sits there with a clipboard and asks "how does that make you feel?"

Beth is outstanding. I found her to be warm and exceptionally competent. She helped me to see into myself in a way that gave me perspective. She challenged my limited perceptions with compassion in a way that made me feel safe even while she held my feet to the fire. This combination strength and gentleness is truly a gift. Her keen insights and therapeutic skillfulness helped provide resources for me to dive deeper into my healing. I highly recommend her.

Beth is a wonderful therapist. She has helped me so much with my depression, anxiety, past trauma, and addiction issues. Beth has taught me about meditation and mindfulness in my life. She has an extensive background in trauma and PTSD. She's helped me learn to reduce and end panic attacks and have better relationships with others. She's direct, straight forward, and will call me out, which sometimes is hard, but I like it. Beth is by far the best therapist I have ever had.

ZERO stars. Beth was always late to my appts. and when she did make it on time, she often sat and ate her lunch in front of me. She continually interrupted me to tell me either her story or someone else's story. She dismissed my concerns by telling me to 'let it go' which is not a therapeutic technique. She always told me to Google something rather than help me understand my struggles. I quit on her when she minimized the domestic abuse I suffered from. Do not go to her even if it's free
