I've been going to this group practice for a few years. Since Dr. Wong took over (due to a retirement) I have NEVER seen the dr., only Ms. Jablunovsky. I've been seeing her for several months due to an accident. Every time I go in she acts like she's never seen me before. (Hi, what can i do for you today?) I have to have physical therapy and she didn't sign the script for it. Luckily they were good about it but I had to call the office to request that the papers get signed and returned. I've called several times with questions or concerns and have never gotten call backs. I am in the process of looking for a new PCP.
