She has been my pcp for close to 2 years and has always made sure that i felt secure in the office and built a great patient partnership.

i'm a retired PA, consequently difficult to please and require my medical practitioners to accept the premise that healthcare is a collaborative effort, based on the particular patient. i talk entirely too much but over the last 3y and several visits have never felt "rushed" or that my issues were ignored. no one knows everything so i ask a lot of questions which takes time. her honesty is refreshing, her demeanor pleasant and i find her a capable clinician. i would certainly recommend her to anyone in need of primary care.

This is a review is directly in response to the non care I received from Bethany Smith. I am appalled at the response I received from someone who is supposed to be a care provider, she is dismissive and did not actually look into any of the issues I had, she pushed me off for long standing bone issues to a physical therapist rather than scanning my back to see if I had additional damage. As well as sinus issues that have been ongoing for over 6 months which are documented and even prior ER visit due to sever congestion.
