Worst experience. I never complain & understand the frustrations of healthcare professionals, but it was unacceptable that I was repeatedly cut short when sharing symptoms/concerns, there was not one sentence I could finish before I was interrupted, felt rushed, and redirected inappropriately. I accepted her lack of therapeutic communication prior, but it is NOT okay to consistently interrupt your patient who is your best resource for accurate diagnosis...you could miss vital, life-saving data.
