Did not listen to all of my concerns, only those relating directly to the main symptom I had marked on my chart. Did not ask any follow-up questions. Did not take into consideration my chronic conditions and how the illness I was visiting for might be affected by them or vice versa. Wrote in my post-visit summary that certain symptoms that she never even asked me about were confirmed "negative."

I was very disappointed in the care that was provided. She did not listen to anything I had to say even though I came in with a flare up of a life long problem. I told her what medications worked well for me in the past. She didn't listen, acted superior and was rude. Needless to say I had to be seen by another Dr. less than a week later after it got worse when I followed her plan.

I had a very positive experience with Bianca and U I quickcare. I initially went in thinking I had a sinus infection. Bianca explained to me I had a virus not a sinus infection. She recommended some OTC meds. Claritin D & Flonase to relieve my sinus congestion. I was skeptical and frustrated she didn't prescribe me anything. However, I took her advice and I was amazed with the results! I've never gotten better so quickly! It was like magic. I now SWEAR BY it. Thanks Bianca.

She would not listen to me when I told her I had a sinus infection. I am 55 years old and rarely ever take antibiotics, but I know when I have a sinus infection from the pain and the taste of the mucus. Yet she just looked at my throat and ears and said I had a virus. 3 days later I was much worse and had to go back to a different doctor that told me I had an acute sinus infection and prescribed an antibiotic, 3 days later I felt much better. She needs to take more time and listen.
