Telehealth
Offers telehealth visits if you select one of the available reason for visit you will receive a message from her stating that you need to be seen in person. Why offer telemedicine but refuse patients? This has happened more than once.

Refuses any services for E-visit. When it gives you the option to be seen for certain symptoms she always responds that my wife needs to go into an immediate care clinic. Why have options on E-visits and then refuse to help patients for those exact conditions.
