I would hope that a dietician would be able to provide specific and customized nutrition goals and practical suggestions, but this was not at all my experience. I attended several appointments and received no nutrition or diet plan and no guidance on nutritional targets. The only thing I recieved out of these visits was a print out of a few random recipes. These visits were a complete waste of my time.
