I am a long-time patient, which I would not be, if I was dissatisfied. Being in the medical field myself, like many of us, we tend to judge medical professionals a bit more harshly. Bonnie has always been superior in her care for me. She goes above and beyond with explaining everything. She uses great judgment and I am comfortable seeing her as my "regular physician". If I have to wait a bit longer, she gives me extra time when she is with me. I have no doubt most patients feel the same way.
