Dr. Bowman Smelko, PSY.D

I had a neuropsychological evaluation by Dr. Smelko - im not sure he knew what he was talking about or how to talk about the tests he gave me. Seemed like a deer in the headlights when I asked questions. Honestly, I didn't get much out of it and paid a lot of money. Maybe ask questions before you agree too see him.

This man is completely incompetent. We asked and paid for a neuropsych evaluation for our son. He spent less than 30 minutes with him and some assistant administered tests for less than an hour. He provided a completely unprofessional document that was filled with misinformation, typos, and unfinished sentences. When we went in for our follow up appointment he spent very little time with us and was texting during the appointment.

I am a colleague of Dr. Smelko's, and greatly value the his insight and the care and respect with which he treats our shared patients.

The building this guy has his office in feels like an insane asylem from the 1800s. The most spooky enviroment I've ever seen. His office was the size and appearance of a mop closet. He stands on the otherside of his desk looming over you and back lighted by his window and you can't even make out his face. You get to stare at his unfinished cola cup in front of your face on his desk. He has this grotesque little doll figure and resembles a Troll on the desk in front of you. Stay Away !!
