The attention I got.

Roxanne was the person that got me back in my routine. She and the rest of the staff have always gone that extra mile so I would reach my daily goals Thank you guys . The front desk crew always greet me with a smile and help me in getting ready to go into the back for therapy. The 2 young ladies I see when I am ready to leave make sure I remember when my next appointment is. The Management is awesome they politely answers my questions and provide me with the resources if there's any problems that occurs . She always gives me a option of solutions to help me in my decision process.

Therapy sessions were awesome. They addressed how to heal my back pain with exercise and shock stimulation. Dr. Smith provided an intro examination and closure review.

Staff is very friendly and helpful

Dr Smith is very congenial and friendly, but I came to believe that the course of treatment I was given was not well designed or adequate to relieve the pain I was experiencing. The techs were friendly and capable, but not really looking into my responses of 'no, lately I haven't been feeling better.,' although they asked every time I visited. My only conversations with Dr Smith were at the beginning and end of my treatment, which lasted 4 weeks. I think if I had had a consultation in the middle of the treatment I might have been able to get some variations to the standard treatment that might have been more helpful. Obviously this is an evaluation not only of Dr Smith but of the treatment program offered by the clinic at Gonzaba.

This was the first time ever going to physical therapy. Met with Dr. Smith. He explained what was going to be done and how it would help my knee pain. Everyone there was real friendly and helpful. Real clean environment. I was pleased with my experience.

I had pain for two months on my back. Made some adjustment and felt some much needed relief. . Scheduled for more adjustments.

Modern and comfortable waiting area. Staff friendly and helpful. Wait time non existent.

The care and treatment I receive each time I go for my treatments . Doctor Smith always makes time for his patients and listens to any concerns they may have , He always addresses each one and makes sure that the patient understands why they are doing the treatments and exercises they are doing. He is a great doctor and also has a great group of therapists working for him.

Dr. Smith is a kind individual who listens to your concerns. The Gonzaba Pleasanton facility has been recently upgraded and is absolutely beautiful but functional. Dr. Smith adjusted my neck and back. I would not trust anyone else to handle something so serious.

How he took his time to listen to my concerns.

Everyone in the staff was very courteous, friendly and professional to the clients needs. However, they failed to monitor my vitals before, during or after the session. I didn't see anyone else's vitals being taken or monitored. Monitoring one's vitals is an important aspect of providing any healing, especially physical exercises.

Dr.Bradly Smith was very reassuring because I was very nervous and he assured everything would be find.

He is very thorough makes sure you understand what the treatment plan is. Very professional!

I am very satisfied with the treatment and therapy I had. I observed how well Therapist work with patients, keeping up with each of us then sanitizing areas as soon as a patient leaves. They work very efficiently and very well. Also front entrance desk staff, they are ready to help you. And the greeters are ready to help us. Thank you for making us very welcome to Gonzaba specialty.
