Brandelyn Williams, LPC-S

I recently had my first therapist appointment with Brandelyn. I was 10 mins early to my virtual appointment and waited for her to arrive. As I was getting ready to close the browser due to it being 10 mins PAST the appointment time and Brandelyn being a no-show, she joined the call. No apologies or immediate explanation as to why she was late. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Our initial call was not even 30 mins long and consisted only of her asking me family history as she wrote notes. These are all questions that could have been sent out as a questionnaire prior to the call so we could have had a more productive session. Overall, I found it hard to respect her work ethic and would not consider her for any future sessions.
