I have been a patient/member of Parkview Medical Group for approximately 3 years, unfortunately Brandi Olson was my PCP.
On March 24, 2022, I saw Dr. Dirk Pikaaret, OB, GYN, ONCOLOGIST at UC Health, Colorado Springs, Co. for me 3 month cancer checkup. Dr. Pikaaret advised that I have very low blood pressure and to call Brandi Olson to order medication for me. After having left her at least 5 messages with her front desk people and her answering service people, B. Olson has not called me back. I have again checked with her office front desk and the answering service people who all advised me that the messages were all given to Ms. Olson.
No low BP meds were ever ordered for me by B, Olson per my pharmacist, Valley Pharmacy.
