Great Service!
I was having a challenge with feed back on my hearing aids. Amanda was able to book an appointment within 24 hours so that Brandon could rectify the issue. Brandon was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue within 30 minutes.

Outstanding Service
Dr. Cyrus spent time working with me to assure that the quality of the hearing device was improved. After he cleaned the device he questioned me on what issues I was having and then he replaced the ear piece to fit more snuggly in the ear canal, and he worked to improve the clarity in the device. He was extremely helpful and asked purposeful questions, resolving several issues I had.

Super supportive
Brandon was VERY caring and respectful of my 95 year old mother who’s first language is Japanese which make English rather hard for her to understand but he was a trooper and was very patient with her, kind and very caring!! It was an honor to have him help her!
