I have never been called a liar by a dr.. or nurse practioner until after my 1st visit I had to call on my dr.s request. They did not return my call not only in the hr they said they would, they never returned it at all. My sugar was 800 according to my dr. Anyway I had to call them..np back few days later. I have been diabetic for 7 yrs. Anyway, I was accused of not moving my needle around or missing my insulin. Hmm... yea, ok, I like high readings so I think I will do that... NOT!!!

Ms Clemens takes the time with each patient to address their concerns and needs. I have no problem waiting at my appointment because I know when it is my turn the proper time will be taken for my needs and I will not be rushed out the door. I really appreciate that.
