Brenda Tally is great if you're seeking a very narrow window of therapy or you're perfectly okay with a therapist having complete control over everything. The American psychological profession places many restrictions, sadly, on what particular therapists can even bring up with clients, even when the clients request it, and that was my struggle here. So many are so programmed into certain philosophies that they have limited flexibility even when it might benefit the client.
