One of the most skilled EMDR therapists I know. As a professional myself, I am quite careful about who I will trust with my personal work. She does excellent work, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer people to her.

I absolutely love Brenda. I met her when I was going through a really bad divorce, and had zero self esteem or self worth. She helped me through my trauma and gave me coping skills. I learned I had way more past trauma that was also affecting me and she helped me navigate through that. I saw her consistently for 2 years, and now I see her about once a month just to follow up and navigate things. She even did a few premarital counseling sessions with my current husband and I which were amazing. I couldn't recommend her enough.

I have been seeing Brenda for about two years now, and I love her. Contrary to an earlier reviewer, I have found her to be the least judgemental counselor I've yet seen. My wife sees Brenda now, too, and loves her as much as I do. I actually look forward to our appointments, not something I can say about any other therapist I've seen. I hightly recommend her!
