After a car accident I was in, I spent 4 months trying all sorts of work to relieve my back pain. I couldn’t stand, sit , or lay for longer than 10 minutes without pain that caused nausea. I’d accepted that some level of pain would exist, but wanted some level of relief- Brenda was so great! She was direct, supportive, and effective. I am back to playing volleyball, surfing, and running without any pain. I couldn’t recommend anyone else more- such a life changer!
