I made an appointment, but then he wanted me to bring cash or check, because of banking difficulties. He called me the next morning, calling me by another person's name, to push back my appointment an hour, saying he had some banking to do. I called him back to cancel, explaining why. He said he's a busy man. This counselor is just too busy (and inattentive) for me. I'm going to keep looking for a counselor.
