This place is awful. Dr. Siemens runs Allied. The location on NW 23rd needs to be closely looked at. It is dirty, the receptionist Kendra is rude, never fax in your prescriptions even though the doctor renewed them, they actually just have you tell them what your diagnosis is without even looking at you. One time I went and they said the doctor had left to go on a plane! Oh, I had been diagnosed by them with diabetes for five years and just found out about it because I asked. They never told me!
