I've been to therapists my entire life and Bret is, hands down, the most helpful, compassionate, and skilled I've ever seen. I first reached out to him during one of the hardest times of my life because a friend recommended him so highly, and he is now helping me reach goals I've been putting off for years and I've never felt better.
