Dr. Baar is so knowledgeable about my sport and that translates into the best treatment for my issues. He helps me with substitutions that allow me to continue safely and still get the workouts I need. Though the treatments are no picnic (tissue work, not chiro adjustments) , they are necessary and very effective. My pain level has decreased 50% in just three treatments...but I also do my recommended exercises at home.
