Doesn’t return calls for new patients.
It’s truly frustrating when you’re vulnerable and trying to find a new therapist. Then you find one that looks like a good fit, you call them twice in a week to ask for help/appointment/inquire if they’re taking on new patients and they don’t have the courtesy to even call back. Tells me already what kind of attitude and care one would get.
