I absolutely would NOT use this office again! Firstly, on the day of our appointment, we waited OVER an hour to see the eye dr. Then, the technician who was testing my daughter's eyes had no clue what she was doing! It took nearly 30 more minutes to just blow the air in her eye. We finally saw the doctor and he was pleasant and efficient. He walked us to the eye center to pick out glasses. We were told they would be ready in 2 weeks. Before leaving, I asked for my daughter's prescription, the lady told me they had everything we need there so they don't usually give out prescriptions and I couldn't get mine because the doctor had just left. Fast forward, it has now been nearly 2 months since my daughter's appointment. They FINALLY called me today to tell me her lenses were in. I was sure there a miscommunication because it should've been her lenses and the frames she picked out there. Well, it was not a miscommunication, apparently, they damaged the frames. So, after near

I came here with my two children, which can normally be overwhelming with a 2 and 4 year old, but the staff was so friendly and helpful. The office was clean and appealing. Such a grand selection of eye ware to fit all ages and personalities. I definitely recommend this practice to everyone.
