Went to get a referral for physical therapy today. Since Dr. Ruark is no longer with Advanced Orthopedics of New England (something is not right with their story) I made an appt with Brian Katz, PA. . I have seen him quite a few times in the past, not a warm guy. While he is very good at giving injections he is lacking in all else. I just had knee X-rays done in Boston last month and they could not tell me if insurance would pay for a second set of X-rays. X-rays were not needed for my presenting problem. PA Katz would not even step into the room even after seeing me while I was checking in. I now know my cool feelings for him are totally justified I will wait to see when Dr. Ruark resurfaces or look for a new practice. I was a patient for well over 15 years but this new practice management of Advanced Orthopedics of New England does not care about patients, at least it appears that way. Do yourself a favor and find a different practice to go to.
