Misleading practice
A receptionist said the office wore masks. That was false. I was also told the optometrist did all the tests himself. That was false. The assistants did the tests and all he did was "check" their work, including the air puff test for glaucoma. I had an appointment but was then told there were several people ahead of me, and there was a wait. One of the front desk staff was extremely rude. What's not okay is when staff calls the customer a liar. Walked out, disgusted. The office was over staffed with terrible customer service.

Very accommodating .... First experience was as a non-patient walk-in, W/ Painful particle under my eyelid- Told to take a seat in waiting room. Within minutes Dr. Pratt came out asked me a few questions looked at my eye , moved to treatment room Some numbing drops, particle removed, all within 45 minutes,

Excellent care! Dr. Pratt was able to see me right away when I had concerns about sudden blurriness. He was courteous, professional, and followed up to make sure my vision was not getting worse. Highly recommend!
