Dr. Vandusen is a great Dr. He is very thorough and makes sure you leave the office satisfied. His staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. is incompetent and staff is worse. Prescription is unusable, glasses frames were not the ones selected. Their response is to wear glasses and you will get used to them? And they are sure they are the correct frames?? Unbelievable. I wish a thousand times over I had seen all the reviews describing the problems I had. It took a full month to even get the glasses. Run away.... be afraid, be very afraid. How does this guy stay in business?
My husbands are not quite as bad, at least
