Excellent Counselor
I had an appointment with Brianna Glase today and I have to say, she knows her field. I felt heard and she explained every step to me. Not once did I feel like she spoke at me. You can tell that she is well educated and experienced in her field. I would highly recommend her as a provider. Don't let her youthful appearance sway you, there is no doubt she is an excellent member in her field. Thank you, Brianna.

Look elsewhere for genetic counseling
I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room and I was the first appt of the day. Only after I followed up did she come out to get me. She sent me for a blood draw directly from the appointment but failed to enter the order. I had to track her down again. Unreliable. I was told to go to Mercy and I should have listened. The front desk was very nice, scheduling was easier but she was not impressive at all.
