Did not receive any service from the office, I saw another therapist two times who only talked about herself. My insurance was not files correctly and Brittany refused to speak to me even though it is her company. I had to call multiple times. My counselor was no longer there and I was told the billing company was changed. It would have taken less than 5 minutes to refill my claim.

I've only seen her once so far, but she was amazing, & sweet,she took the time to listen to me & genuinely seemed to care. I will be trying to continue to see her in the future & recommend her to anyone! :)

It’s going on 5 years since I first met Brittany Chandler and it’s been amazing. I’m so grateful for her and the whole team. She has truly been a blessing in my life and I would recommend her to anyone. I’m fact my cousin also visits with her as well

She does not care about patients times. Will miss appointments and then cause issues with scheduling which messes up your meds schedule. When asked to address the issue she fired herself rather than address the issue.
The long wait times and fact she pays more attention to her new born then her patients could be over looked if she helped keep a healthy medication schedule, but she does not even care when patients run out of medications.
