Brooke Gacek III, RDN

I was incredibly chronically ill prior to seeing Mrs. Gacek. She was absolutely instrumental in turning things around for me. She is thorough and knowledgeable. I will forever be grateful for her. She listens and really takes the time to explain. She should be every patients first stop after a diagnosis.

My sister has a multitude of problems that are affected by her diet. When we found Brooke she talked with us and spent a lot of time studying Kathy's illnesses and led us in the right direction to find the products to begin her healing process. She is lactose free, gluten free, low oxalate, soy free.... In other words, really hard to feed. I can't imagine finding anyone who would work harder to make eating a little easier for her. She even found things that tasted good. No small feat! Many thanks to Brooke for her dedication to finding solutions that work. She is a gem.
