Just goes through the motions with patients
Online shopping at Christmas time while I was on the table. Said she had no internet at home & she was looking for something for her Mom. She would leave the room while I was on the table. Once for about 20 minutes to go to the parking lot to look at a dog of another patient. When she returned she said session was over I could leave. She then left the room with no assistance getting up & off the table. My walker was parked across the room. Seems at times she was going through the motions of helping, very detached. I always felt I was more of an inconvenience than a patient needing help. Also said (since I was there for a left TKA & would be having a second one) that the second one did not do as well as the first one. This was said in front of other pts & another female Physical Therapist. For this reason & many more I chose to go to another clinic for my right TKA & they are amazing. I did not need the negativity from this Physical Therapist. I was afraid I would get her again.

She does not need to be a doctor. Not caring at all. Terrible attitude and extremely rude.
