Bryan Lazaro, PMHNP

Bryan has literally saved my life. He has seen me at my absolute worst and has worked tirelessly to help me get my mental health issues resolved. I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for Bryan and his desire to help me and reduce my symptoms of agonizing anxiety.

I am beyond frustrated at the incompetence of the office and staff. I have had TWO appointments scheduled with Brian Lazarro over Theralink in the last two weeks, one on Sunday at 9:40 am and the previous on June 3rd at noon. I have logged on for each, and both times it has said "you have no scheduled appointments" I am out of medication and Daniel, Chris and Mary, the only staff that you can get in touch with (SOMETIMES) are rude and not helpful AT ALL!!! After them telling me "they didn't know why "I" couldn't see the meeting" like I had done something wrong I receive a msg from Theralink telling me about my appointment for the PREVIOIUS DAY!! I am out of medication because of incompetencies on their end and they could care less!!!!! Some mental health care. More like an office that will cause someone mental health ISSUES! I am more than disgusted at the lack of professionalism and customer service from this office!

Horrible

Bryan has been helping me deal and cope with many mental ailments. I've been seeing him for over 6 months. He's not only helpful, but always understanding, patient, passionate, and always caring and professional about my problems. I would always recommend Bryan to anyone. He's an amazing help as my doctor. And will continue seeing him.
