While treating me: Caitlin did not introduce the new practitioner she was training - I had to ask if the man was a student as she pulled up my shirt to listen to my lungs. She did not take the time to listen to me fully and kept interrupting while I spoke. She was more concerned with computer training the new male practitioner than explaining treatment to me. I’ve never felt so rushed when getting treated by a doctor. She prescribed me things I felt I did not need because she didn’t listen to what was actually wrong. She didn’t even explain what she was prescribing - only explained to the new practitioner how to add the prescriptions to my chart. I pay so much insurance money to get health care. I spent time on a Monday going to a clinic to get help because I was desperate. I left incredibly dissatisfied, confused, and still very sick.
