Caitlin Young, NP

I like Caitlin Young, but her staff is horrible. Her nurse told me she called in a prescription for me 4 days in a row. Each day there was nothing! I got a phone call from her Nurse Manager and she was nasty, not apologetic as one would expect. She said she had a talk with Taneisha about telling me misinformation 4 times! Four days in excruciating pain and nothing for me! Then came a registered letter to me stating that they would no longer provide me with medical care. My blood pressure medication had just been changed, leaving me no follow up care! They could care less how I was doing on it and still no medication called into the pharmacy. Be very leary about dealing with this office. If she had a new staff I would recommend her. What a shame to work with such a sub-par staff.

She has been my doctor for 10 years now. She is great and works with you.

Kaitlyn is a very good NP. She is smart, kind, trustworthy, and knows alot about medical conditions. She always makes my visit less stressful with her cheerful attitude. She also takes time to listen to her patients. Highly recommend using her!
