Rushed, makes mistakes
She read files and repeated information incorrectly more than once. When called out she skips over her mistake and does not adjust her interaction to rebuild trust. She is distracted and appears to be put out by having to interact with patient. Orders unnecessary tests, does not focus on reason for visit, and does not listen to patient.
