Great office and staff. We love Dr. Duncan. He has made a difference in our child and all of our lives. Spot on diagnosis and treatment.

This medical office is the most irresponsible and dangerous mental health office. First they sent my bill to the wrong insurance, saying that I wasn't covered and then sent me the bill after three appointments. Then when I gave them the correct information and called back the next week after having to cancel my upcoming appointment until this was handled, they hadn't re-sent the information to the correct insurance claims. So I asked if I could make an appointment to get my prescription refilled

Very caring, smart, experienced and takes his time to listed to my concerns more than any other psychiatrist has in 20 years of visiting mental health care providers. I feel like he has finally given me the correct diagnoses. The only down side to the office is wait time but that is because he actually spends time with his patients instead of watching the clock. Come early if you don't want to wait.
