Staff is unfamiliar with insurance plans, how to file claims, and how to answer questions about billing. No masks were worn by any staff which would have normally prompted me to walk out due to the super contagious covid however my son was experiencing some vision problems and they were the only office with same day appointments. I presented my insurance information on new patient forms on arrival and was told my receptionist that my insurance covered one eye exam a year. They filed a claim twice and it was denied twice ; the office advised me to also call my insurance as they cover one eye exam a year. Wrong. The only information that this office was correct about, was that for frames I had to go to another office that accepts EyeMed vision insurance. This was irritating. So I had to go to another office in Shelby to get my child’s frames when I could have just had the exam and glasses at another office and at the other office the exam would have been covered 100% Go somewhere else!

Excellent experience! Very knowledgeable doctors and nice, caring staff. Would definitely recommend!

I went there and got glasses back and took back a week later could not see with them sent off adjusted them somewhat better about a week after that the nose piece came off took back and was fixed the glasses r still not right as far as seeing with them NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN
